Innocent Bee is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, oversee, and optimize ABA programs for children with autism across home, school, and community settings.
Responsibilities
Conduct FBAs and create data-driven, individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and competency checks for RBTs
Lead caregiver training and collaborate with schools and community partners
Analyze session data; adjust goals using evidence-based protocols
Write progress reports and maintain clinical documentation & compliance
Uphold BACB ethics; ensure safety and high-quality care delivery
Participate in team case reviews and interdisciplinary meetings
Support transition planning and generalization of skills across settings
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification
Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
1–3+ years in pediatric ABA (in-home, school, or clinic) preferred
Strong behavior analytic, coaching, and communication skills
Proficiency with data collection, graphing, and goal setting
